The role that the id, ego, and superego played in reaching an important decision in my life as I’m athlete, during my school days I had worked hard all season to break the record. During my last race, I had the opportunity to cut a corner and therefore lower would time as no officials were watching that part of the course. I knew if I cheated I wouldn't feel good about myself if, so I stuck to the course and ran as fast as I could.
